I have burned 25 bags of Western Elite Ponderosa Pine pellets in my Castile insert and have discovered the pellets never want to slip down the hopper like they must. After letting the hopper go just about empty, I noticed that the fines have been "caught" for the hopper.The warmth was not as good as the hardwood pellets and it remaining soot all ov
